What are your rates?
We offer a variety of rates depending on your length of stay. We accommodate nightly, weekly and monthly stays. Please visit our RATES page for current rates.
Do you rent 6/6 or annually?
The short answer is no. We DO rent our sites on a month to month basis with an on-going option to stay as long as you need.
Do you have RV Storage?
No, not at this time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a $200 security deposit for all monthly/long term reservations. Short term reservations are due in full at the time of making the reservation.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow TWO well-behaved dogs or 1 dog and 1 indoor cat. Additional pets will need to be approved by the office. Please keep in mind that having a pet at our park is a privilege. Pets must not disturb other guests and MUST be picked up after and kept on a leash at all times.
How many people are allowed per RV?
Two adults and two children. Additional guests will need to be approved by the office. All guests staying in the RV must be registered with the office.
How many vehicles are allowed?
Each site can accommodate two regular sized vehicles. Over-sized trucks, utility trailers, boats, etc will need to be parked in our overflow parking area.
Do you limit the size of the RV?
No. However, not all of our sites are equally sized so we will do our best to accommodate your RV in the best site available.
What types of amenities do you offer?
We are not a resort, but we do offer some basic amenities for our guests such as a clubhouse with fitness center, bathhouse, laundry facility, outdoor gazebos, mailroom, children's play areas, and dog parks. We are always making improvements and will often host food trucks and other special events.
